Patrick's is one of the best bars in elmira. I stop by every summer when I'm in town. They have a great craft beer selection, a nice outdoor area, reasonable prices, and are one of the only bars in town with live music. And it's a great friendly crowd. The shuffleboard table is just the icing on the cake.

Clean, friendly pub with solid food. Electronic darts and such for some entertainment with the crew. Locals all seemed nice here which is rad as sometimes small towns get weird. Wings, burgers and sandwich were all good. Most of the patrons had food too so that's always a good sign.

Tried to eat dinner here on 2/16/19 at 6pm...2 adults and 2 kids. Other than a few people at the bar and a table of people the place was empty. We sat down at a booth and we were completely ignored for 10 minutes. We got up and left and the bartender and waiter (talking behind the bar) didn't say a word. Went down the block to Rounding Third where we were immediately greeted and the waitress has been great to us. If you want to be completely ignored go to Patrick's.

I didn't know what to expect upon walking into Patrick's as I was only in town for work but this place is FANTASTIC. Patrick (the owner) was behind the bar and he was one of the nicest guys I've had the pleasure of interacting with. The locals were friendly as well and I was even included on some conversations. Patrick remembered my name and was on top of his game. As for the food and drinks, I ordered a burger medium well and it was packed full of flavor. The seasoning was on point. It absolutely hit the spot. Two beers and a vodka tonic later, the bill was more than reasonable. I only wish I could have stayed longer but alas, I had work in the morning. I highly recommend stopping in and giving this business your patronage!

It's a nice local hangout with a large gap between age groups. Very good micro brew selection and an ok selection of wines. The artichoke spinach dip with pita chips are amazing. I got a steak quesadilla special for 10.95. It was very good but the portion was so very small. Bands are good on Fridays. My biggest complaint is that it's never cool enough there.
